Urban planner with expertise in green and sustainable initiatives, a construction waste treatment consultant and a serial entrepreneur. Adi is an academic advisor and lecturer, focusing on policy, environmental regulation and planning, treatment and recycling of construction waste, green initiatives, waste management and the use of recycling waste into resources for the construction and infrastructure industries in Israel and abroad. Adi is a professional lecturer in a national course for water and Sewage Infrastructure supervisors, on "The use of recycled building materials in water and sewage Infrastructure" for the last two years in Israel. She founded and chairs; and co-founded . IRMI – the Israeli Raw Materials Innovation ForumEden, a wood recycling factory
